William Krabacherr, a 59-year-old Melbourne, Florida motorcyclist, died from personal injuries he sustained after he was hit by a Dodge SUV in Mims, Florida. The driver of the SUV has been identified as 26-year-old Natasha Elkins of Satellite Beach, Florida. According to Kim Montes, a spokeswoman for the Florida Highway Patrol, Elkins allegedly made an improper left turn leading her into Krabacherr’s path. The FHP reported that Krabacherr was not wearing a helmet, but Elkins was wearing her safety belt. The crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
