Florida Automobile Accident - Semi Truck Accident Results in Death of West Virginia and Serious Personal Injuries to Another in Clay County, Florida

In Florida and other States, red lights and stop signs serve an important purpose in controlling and regulating traffic. Ignoring or running a red light or stop sign can have deadly consequences. This is especially true when there is a semi tractor trailer or commercial vehicle involved in the automobile accident. The Florida Highway Patrol recently reported an accident that took place in Clay County, Florida. James Neary was the driver and Carl Hudnall was the passenger in vehicle that may have failed to stop at a red light. Tragically, Mr. Hudnall died as a result of the crash with the semi tractor trailer and Mr. Hudnall suffered serious personal injuries.
